Bacon Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms

A delicious appetizer with few ingredients, these Bacon Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms are sure to please! The creamy, cheesy filling is packed with flavor and the bacon balanced with jalapeno gives just the right amount of heat. They’re quick to make, too - perfect for last minute parties or get-togethers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package White Mushrooms (about 20 pieces)
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 4 Strips Crispy Cooked Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/8 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Panko to top off

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking tray with some parchment paper or foil.
  • Carefully remove the stems off the mushrooms and place the tops of the mushroom on the baking tray.
  • Dice up the mushroom stems, jalapenos, and crispy bacon and place everything in a mixing bowl.
  • To the mixing bowl, add in your mayonnaise, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salt and pepper and thoroughly combine everything together.
  • Stuff each mushroom fully (they can overflow) and place them back on the baking tray.
  • Top each stuffed mushroom with panko breadcrumbs and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are fully cooked and the tops are golden brown.
  • Cool, serve and enjoy!
