Halloween Ice Cream Sandwiches
Get into the spooky spirit with Halloween Ice Cream Sandwiches! A bewitching blend of cookies, ice cream, and eerily cute sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 12 Cookies your choice of flavor!
- 1 Tub Ice Cream your choice of flavor! (roughly a scoop and a half of ice cream per sandwich)
- Halloween Sprinkles as much as you'd like
- Other toppings/sauces optional, your preference!
Instructions
- Grab two cookies and lay them side by side each other with the bottom facing up.
- Add in about a scoop and a half (or more) of ice cream and any other additional toppings/sauce in the middle then take the other cookie and press down on the ice cream so that it is evenly distributed across the surface of the cookie.
- Once the ice cream is spread evenly to the edges of the cookies, add sprinkles onto a small plate and roll the edges of the cookie around the sprinkles covering all the visible ice cream.
- Wrap them in parchment paper/plastic wrap and store in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes minimally so they can harden up.
- Serve and enjoy!
