Carrot Shaped Cream Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

- 5 Mini Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning + a little extra to sprinkle on top
- 10 Parsley Leaves
On a large cutting board, slice each mini bell pepper in half, remove the tops, and deseed.
In a small mixing bowl, add your softened cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning and mix until well combined.
Fill each bell pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
Top each cream cheese stuffed pepper with a parsley leaf on top.
