Ingredients
  

  • 3 Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple, mustard, olive oil, and seasonings.
  • Add in your pork loin chops, thin apple and onion slices into the marinade bowl and ensure that the mixture has coated everything well.
  • Let the marinated pork sit in the fridge for a minimum of one hour.
  • Once the pork is ready, preheat your oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Lay out the pork, onions and apples on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-30 minutes or til the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145-150 F.
  • Serve and enjoy!
