Toasted Marshmallow Pumpkin Syrup 🎃🤍

One thing about me is that I will never wait for a pumpkin-spiced latte! I get coffee out once a week as a treat, but at home, I make my own syrups and creamers, so pumpkin-spiced lattes are all year round for me! I have been experimenting with different variations of pumpkin syrups and creamers and came up with this brilliant toasted marshmallow pumpkin syrup, and I’m kicking myself for not making it sooner! 🍂

INGREDIENTS
* 1 Cup Water
* 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
* 1/2 Cup White Sugar
* 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
* 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
* 6-8 Marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS
* Toast the marshmallows: Preheat your oven to broil. Place the marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and toasted. Keep a close eye on them as they can brown quickly.
* In a small saucepan, combine the water, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice. Stir well to combine.
* Place the saucepan over medium heat and let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugars have dissolved and the syrup is well combined.
* Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the toasted marshmallows and stir continuously until they have completely dissolved into the syrup.
* Allow the syrup to cool before straining into a clean, airtight jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator and give it a good shake or stir before using.
* Enjoy!

Classic Banana Bread 🍌

This Classic Banana Bread is soft, moist, buttery, and full of delicious banana flavour. It’s an easy recipe made with simple pantry staples and sweet ripe bananas. Whether you’re looking for a cozy breakfast, an afternoon snack, or an easy way to use up overripe bananas, this classic recipe is always a good idea!

Ingredients
* 3 Ripe Bananas
* 125 g Salted Butter
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 2 Eggs
* 1/2 cup White Sugar
* 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
* 1 tsp Baking Soda
* 1 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
* 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
* Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
* Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
* Add the wet ingredients. Melt the butter and add it to the mashed bananas along with the vanilla extract, eggs, and white & brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
* Add the dry ingredients. Add the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon to the same bowl. Gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
* Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
* Bake for 60–75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
* Cool the banana bread in the pan for about 10–15 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
* Slice and serve! Enjoy your classic banana bread warm or at room temperature with butter, or simply on its own. 🍌🍞
