Pickle Alfredo Pasta
Calling all you pickle lovers out there! This pickle alfredo pasta is a delicious mash of creamy, cheesy and savoury! This will be a pasta dish you crave every time you want something pickley!

- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1/4 Cup Pickle Juice
- 4 Mini Garlic Dill Pickles diced
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste
- 2 Servings Cooked Pasta (Of Choice)
In a saucepot over medium-high heat, add in your butter and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
Once your garlic and butter have been heating, add in your fresh dill and cream and pickle juice and simmer over low-medium heat.
Add some salt and pepper to taste and your cheese to melt in the sauce.
Last but not least, add in your chopped pickles and pasta and fold them together to make sure that everything is coated in the sauce.
