Pickle Alfredo Pasta

Calling all you pickle lovers out there! This pickle alfredo pasta is a delicious mash of creamy, cheesy and savoury! This will be a pasta dish you crave every time you want something pickley!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Pickle Juice
  • 4 Mini Garlic Dill Pickles diced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • Pepper (To Taste
  • 2 Servings Cooked Pasta (Of Choice)

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepot over medium-high heat, add in your butter and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  • Once your garlic and butter have been heating, add in your fresh dill and cream and pickle juice and simmer over low-medium heat.
  • Add some salt and pepper to taste and your cheese to melt in the sauce.
  • Last but not least, add in your chopped pickles and pasta and fold them together to make sure that everything is coated in the sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
