Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Pineapple peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 Hand of Ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Whole Lemon peeled for easy blending
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • On a clean chopping board, with a knife, roughly peel and cut your pineapple, ginger and lemon.
  • In a blender, add in your pineapple, ginger, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, and lemon. Blend until smooth and strain in a nut bag in a pitcher.
  • Pour the mixture into smaller "shot-like" containers.
  • Before drinking, add in a small dash of pepper. Enjoy!
