On your stove, place your pan/pot on a burner and turn to MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Let pan warm up.
Next, add in your sesame oil, garlic, and onions and saute for 1 minute.
Add in your chicken thighs, let brown, and cook halfway for about 5-7 minutes.
Once chicken has a nice color and is half way cooked, add in your hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and water.
Let chicken cook on MEDIUM heat for 10-15 minutes. Cover pot with lid.
Check the consistency of the sauce, add a tbsp of water if you want to lessen the thickness.
Serve over hot white rice, garnish with green onions and crushed peanuts and enjoy!
