Easy Asian Peanut Butter Chicken is a flavorful fusion dish, combining succulent chicken with a rich and nutty peanut butter sauce for a delightful taste experience.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 Sweet Onion minced
  • 4-6 Boneless Chicken Thighs cubed, skinless optional
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Water stir in as added to your sauce thickness preference

Instructions
 

  • On your stove, place your pan/pot on a burner and turn to MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Let pan warm up.
  • Next, add in your sesame oil, garlic, and onions and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add in your chicken thighs, let brown, and cook halfway for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once chicken has a nice color and is half way cooked, add in your hoisin sauce, peanut butter, and water.
  • Let chicken cook on MEDIUM heat for 10-15 minutes. Cover pot with lid.
  • Check the consistency of the sauce, add a tbsp of water if you want to lessen the thickness.
  • Serve over hot white rice, garnish with green onions and crushed peanuts and enjoy!
