Apple Cream Cheese Hand Pies
These Apple Cream Cheese Pies are perfect for a treat on the go! Store them for up to a week in the fridge.

- 1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust
- 1 Can Apple Pie Filling
- 1 Egg
- 100 G Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Cinnamon Sugar
Preheat your oven to 400 F or 200 C. Roll out parchment paper or butter onto a baking sheet.
Roll out pie crusts and cut into circle pucks. If you use the Pillsbury brand, you can cut out 9 pieces.
Lay the pie crust circles about an inch apart and scoop out 2 tbsp of apple pie filling.
Once you've added filling to each circle. Cut little cubes on cream cheese and place on top.
Add the pie crust on top and fork the sides all around together.
Cut an x on top and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on each pie and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
