This easy to make 4 Ingredient Easy Vermicelli Chili Oil Noodles is the perfect quick lunch or dinner meal. This recipe is great for heartier appetites who love big flavor and spice.
In a small sauce pot, add in 1 cup of water then turn on stove to high heat to bring to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, add in your vermicelli noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remember not to cook too long as vermicelli noodles cook quicker than pasta and will become mushy!
When vermicelli is cooked, strain and put aside. Lower your heat to medium and add in your chili oil, oyster sauce, garlic together and cook for about 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant.
Add in your vermicelli and toss together until noodles are fully coated in the oil.
