4 Ingredient Vermicelli Chili Oil Noodles

This easy to make 4 Ingredient Easy Vermicelli Chili Oil Noodles is the perfect quick lunch or dinner meal. This recipe is great for heartier appetites who love big flavor and spice.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 G Vermicelli uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Oil
  • 1-2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a small sauce pot, add in 1 cup of water then turn on stove to high heat to bring to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, add in your vermicelli noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remember not to cook too long as vermicelli noodles cook quicker than pasta and will become mushy!
  • When vermicelli is cooked, strain and put aside. Lower your heat to medium and add in your chili oil, oyster sauce, garlic together and cook for about 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add in your vermicelli and toss together until noodles are fully coated in the oil.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
