Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Wings *Large Pack*
  • 3/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce (Optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • In a large bowl, pat dry your Chicken Wings with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together your maple syrup, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce (optional), and soy sauce (optional). Pour in mixture into the large bowl of wings.
  • Ensure your chicken wings are fully coated in the sauce then add in your baking powder and mix together.
  • Place chicken wings in a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip half way through and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
  • Plate/serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Food safe temperature of the meat should be 165F but I let them go in for longer till the bone comes a part easier.
  • Baking powder makes the wings crispy! If you don't care for that, you can skip it if you'd like.
