Easy Autumn Granola

This delicious granola recipe is literally all the sweet fall dessert flavours in one place. You've got the cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pecans, maple syrup and cranberries to make this the perfect Autumn Granola!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Large Flake Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in your oats, seeds, nuts and seasonings. Mix well together.
  • Next, add in your oil and maple syrup and combine til everything is well coated.
  • Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Take the granola out of the oven and stir around. Put it back in the oven to cook for another 10-12 minutes or until brown.
  • Remove granola from the oven and let cool completely. Add in the dried cranberries, serve and enjoy!
