- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Gingerbread Spice Mix
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Mini Gingerbread Man
In a container of choice (with a lid), add in your oats, milk, brown sugar, gingerbread spice mix, and vanilla extract.
Stir until well combined, then add a scoop of vanilla yogurt on top with a mini gingerbread man and store in the fridge overnight.
