Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapenos cut in half, deseeded
  • 1 Package Pillsbury Cresent Roll Dough you don't use the whole package, so you can reuse the leftover for another recipe
  • 1 Block Cream Cheese softened, keep outside of fridge for an hour before preparing
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 3 Crumbled Cooked Bacon Strips
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 20 Candy Eyes or more, you can put as many eyes per jalapeno as you'd like

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400F.
  • In a large bowl, add in your softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried parsley and mix all together.
  • Scoop a small spoonful to fill each jalapeno half then set aside.
  • Open your crescent dough and cut thin strips to resemble mummy bandages. Wrap each jalapeno half with the thin crescent dough strips. Don't forget to leave some room to insert the eyes once they are done bakig!
  • Place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes then add the candy eyes on top!
  • Serve and enjoy!
