This Maple Mustard Chicken Wings recipe will be one that you make for years to come! The best combo of sweet and savory together. Perfect mix to cook your chicken wings in, as a sauce on the side or tossed after cooking!
In a large bowl, pat dry your Chicken Wings with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your maple syrup, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce (optional), and soy sauce (optional). Pour in mixture into the large bowl of wings.
Ensure your chicken wings are fully coated in the sauce then add in your baking powder and mix together.
Place chicken wings in a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip half way through and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
Plate/serve and enjoy!
Notes
Food safe temperature of the meat should be 165F but I let them go in for longer till the bone comes a part easier.
Baking powder makes the wings crispy! If you don't care for that, you can skip it if you'd like.
