Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs medium sized eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Oil neutral oil like vegetable
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or light grease a cookie sheet with oil/butter.
  • In a large bowl, add in your red velvet cake mix, oil, and eggs and mix everything together to form cookie dough.
  • Scoop your cookies into even-sized balls then place on a baking sheet with 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cookies have light bottom/edges or to desired liking.
  • Let cool, dust with powdered sugar (optional), serve and enjoy!
