Sardine Sandwich

This Sardine Sandwich is simple, savory, and packed with flavor. Made with pantry-friendly sardines and fresh, crunchy add-ins, it’s an easy, protein-rich meal that comes together in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Fresh Baguette
  • 1 Can Sardines
  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • Spring Mix (arugula & spinach) as much as you want! pack it!

Instructions
 

  • Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread a thin layer of butter on one side then lightly toast.
  • Next, spread mayo on the butter side and mustard on the other.
  • Add sardines to one side (either side), gently breaking them up if needed.
  • Top with sliced red onion and spring mix.
  • Close the sandwich, slice, and serve and enjoy!
