Sardine Sandwich
This Sardine Sandwich is simple, savory, and packed with flavor. Made with pantry-friendly sardines and fresh, crunchy add-ins, it’s an easy, protein-rich meal that comes together in minutes!

- 1 Fresh Baguette
- 1 Can Sardines
- 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 Red Onion thinly sliced
- Spring Mix (arugula & spinach) as much as you want! pack it!
Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread a thin layer of butter on one side then lightly toast.
Next, spread mayo on the butter side and mustard on the other.
Add sardines to one side (either side), gently breaking them up if needed.
Top with sliced red onion and spring mix.
Close the sandwich, slice, and serve and enjoy!
