Have you ever watched Scooby-Doo before?! In the live action movie, Shaggy and Scooby make eggplant burgers and add chocolate sauce and hot sauce to them. I tried it out and made a recipe for it!
Once you've sliced your eggplant disks, salt them to drain out moisture. Salt each side and let it sit for about 10 minutes and wipe the salt away. Flip over and do the same.
In a pan, on medium-high, add butter to a pan and toast your buns.
Once you buns are toasted, remove from stove and added in your olive oil.
Fry your eggplant til cooked thoroughly. Add salt and pepper if needed.
Place each eggplant patty on each bun and add some chocolate sauce.
