Spicy Creamy Sausage Pasta

This Spicy Creamy Sausage Pasta is the ultimate comfort food made with tender pasta, savory sausage, and a creamy, spicy sauce that packs just the right kick. Perfect for weeknight dinners or when you’re craving something cozy yet exciting. Quick to make and guaranteed to impress!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Servings Uncooked Pasta your choice! I follow the serving recommendations based on the package
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Pasta Water
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 200 g Ground Sausage
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan or as much as your heart desires <3
  • 5-7 Leaves Fresh Basil thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sauce pot, add in your water and salt, then turn your stove to HIGH heat. Let water come to a boil.
  • Add in your pasta and let it cook as per the package instructions or desired softness.
  • While the pasta is cooking, in another medium sauce pot, turn your stove to MEDIUM heat, then add in your sausage.
  • Let the sausage cook and brown up for 5 minutes, then add in your garlic, chilli flakes, and tomato paste and stir until everything has been well combined.
  • Next, add in your pasta water and heavy cream and let everything come together. Turn the heat to low to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the sauce has thickened up, add in your pasta, basil, parmesan and fresh black pepper. Let the sauce coat the pasta for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
