HERE IS HOW TO MAKE APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

These ingredients are super easy to find anywhere! All of the ingredients in this apple pie overnight oats can most likely be in your home already, especially if you love to bake! Most of the ingredients in this recipe are non-perishable like oats, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon and are common ingredients. You’ll just need to pick up some oat milk and apples to add-in.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this easy apple pie overnight oats are:

  • Quick Rolled Oats
  • Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • Brown Sugar
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Apples (diced, of your choice)

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You don’t really need much for this recipe! Use whatever jars you have and you can honestly eye ingredients if that’s what kind of person you are in the kitchen. My recipes are always a guide for people to follow but you can most certainly add or take away ingredients as needed. I really like using glass mason jars and metal measuring cups and spoons daily!

CAN I SUB/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

You sure can! As always my recipes are a guide for people who want to start doing more in the kitchen but maybe don’t feel comfortable or feel like it’s too difficult. You can swap the milk for whatever dairy or non-dairy substitute that you prefer.

Use the apples that call to your heart! My household adores ambrosia apples and we often pick some in the Fall as well! I would keep the oats and the seasonings as its makes it tastes like a pie but you can swap out the sweetener for honey or agave or white sugar.

WHAT DOES APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS TASTE LIKE?

Honestly, these apple pie overnight oats taste totally like dessert for breakfast! I would have these for dessert as well because it’s just THAT good! The maple syrup, brown sugar and apple taste exactly like a pie. It’s amazing cold with lots and lots of diced apple pieces!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

I usually like to make my overnight oats every other day so it doesn’t get too slimy but it can definitely keep up to 4 days! If you’re meal prepping this, you can make 4 of these jars on Sunday to eat until Thursday for breakfast.

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS DISH?

The inspiration from this dish actually comes from the McDonald’s maple brown sugar oatmeal! I used to be a Manager at McDonald’s and they have one oatmeal option that’s almost exactly like this one. The only difference is that I add some milk while they just use hot water and it makes it 10000% better!

ANY OTHER NOTES?

No notes for this one but if there is one overnight oats recipe that I stand by, it’s this one for sure!
