Air Fryer Greek Potatoes

These Air Fryer Greek Potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and bursting with Mediterranean flavor! Tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs, they make the perfect side dish for any meal. Quick, easy, and ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Yellow Potato cut in bite sized pieces, washed and drained
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Greek Seasoning
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon Squeezed
  • salt if needed, to your preference!

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add in your yellow potato and 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Toss altogether to ensure that all potato pieces are coated in oil.
  • Cook in your air fryer for 20 minutes at 400F, tossing at 10 minutes.
  • Once potatoes are cooked and crispy, add them back in a bowl, add the last Tbsp of olive oil, Greek seasoning and freshly squeezed lemon juice and toss!
  • Serve and enjoy!
