300gYellow Potatocut in bite sized pieces, washed and drained
3TbspOlive Oil
1TbspGreek Seasoning
1/2Fresh LemonSqueezed
saltif needed, to your preference!
Instructions
In a bowl, add in your yellow potato and 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Toss altogether to ensure that all potato pieces are coated in oil.
Cook in your air fryer for 20 minutes at 400F, tossing at 10 minutes.
Once potatoes are cooked and crispy, add them back in a bowl, add the last Tbsp of olive oil, Greek seasoning and freshly squeezed lemon juice and toss!
