Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Zest
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add your chicken drumsticks, black pepper, lemon zest, salt, garlic powder, and olive oil. Gently mix together until every piece of chicken is coated in the marinade. Optional: marinate for 2 hous if you have the time but perfectly fine to cook immediately as well!
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F and place a small piece of parchment paper at the bottom or lightly spray with oil to prevent chicken from sticking.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer and let cook for 20 minutes or until your desired doneness! Flip half-way through for a char on all sides.
  • Let cool, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and enjoy!
