Ingredients

  • Tart Shells
  • Caramel Sauce

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 Block Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Sweet Apple Filling

  • 1 Large Apple diced
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the tart shell package instructions. Arrange the 12 tart shells on a baking sheet and bake until lightly golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the diced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are softened and coated in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Once the tart shells have cooled, spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling evenly into each shell.
  • Spoon the warm cinnamon apples over the cheesecake filling.
  • Finish each tart with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
