Place a small frying pan on the stove and turn on medium heat.
Next, add in your butter and apples and let them cook for 30 seconds.
Once the apple has warmed up, add in your maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then turn the stove off and set aside.
Get a small bowl and add in your cottage cheese, then pour the warm apples and all the syrupy goodness on top.
