Ingredients

  • 1/2 Apple chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Place a small frying pan on the stove and turn on medium heat.
  • Next, add in your butter and apples and let them cook for 30 seconds.
  • Once the apple has warmed up, add in your maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then turn the stove off and set aside.
  • Get a small bowl and add in your cottage cheese, then pour the warm apples and all the syrupy goodness on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!
