Cranberry Brie Turkey Sandwich
This Cranberry Brie Turkey Sandwich is the ultimate blend of sweet, savory, and creamy! Layers of tender turkey, melty brie, and tangy cranberry sauce come together between hearty bread for a cozy, gourmet twist. The perfect sandwich as we transition from Summer to Fall.

- 1 Long Ciabatta Loaf
- 150 g Brie
- 1/4 Cup Cranberry Sauce
- 300 g Turkey Slices
- 2 Cups Arugula
- 1/2 Pear thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp Mayo
Slice your ciabatta loaf in half and add your mayo, cranberry sauce, turkey and brie cheese.
Toast the bread until the brie cheese has melted. I generally put mine in the oven at 400F for 5 minutes.
Add your sliced pear and arugula on top.
Close the sandwich, serve and enjoy!
