Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out your dough and with a mini ghost cookie cutter, cut out your pie pieces for the top and bottom of your hand pies.
Lay half the pie crust ghosts about an inch apart and scoop out 1/2 - 1 tbsp of the blueberry pie filling to the middle of each ghost.
Once you've added filling to each ghost. Add the matching top ghost pie crust on top.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool then gently draw the little ghost faces on top.
Serve and enjoy!
