Hot Honey Crispy Salmon Bowls: Crispy salmon glazed in hot buffalo sauce and honey, paired with fresh ingredients and rice, offering a tantalizing blend of sweet and spicy flavors.

Ingredients
  

Salmon Marinade

  • 3 Salmon Fillets or can be cut up to bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Rice Bowl Assembly

  • 1/2 Cup White Rice
  • Cucumber diced, as much as you want
  • Mango diced, as much as you want
  • Edamame as much as you want
  • Carrots shredded, as much as you want
  • Avocado half or as much as you want
  • Red Onions diced, as much as you want
  • Sesame seeds as much as you want
  • Honey & Buffalo Sauce drizzle on top, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine your buffalo sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together to thoroughly combine.
  • Add in your salmon fillets and make sure that every single piece is coated with the marinade. Leave in the fridge for minimally 25 minutes to soak in the marinade, if you have the time, 1 hour would be great!
  • After the salmon has been marinating, you can preheat your air fryer to 400F..
  • Once your air fryer is done preheating, add in the salmon pieces and cook at 400F for about 15-20 minutes or until the top of charred and crispy.
  • While the salmon is cooking, start assembling your bowl by adding a layer of white rice at the bottom and then your fresh produce on top.
  • Place your salmon in your bowl, drizzle extra buffalo and honey sauce then enjoy!
