- 2 1/2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
- 2 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast
- 2 Cucumbers diced
- 3 Tomatoes diced
- 1 1/2 Cups Feta crumbled
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
