Easter is the most perfect time to get together with family and have a nice dinner! I have been loving doing these round up posts because they are just like gift guides where I can just window shop and put it into a blog post and a huge plus is that it helps other bloggers and creators on Pinterest when you click their pins!

Pinterest is my main source of inspiration for recipes and creating new content so these are always fun. My family usually gets together for Good Friday and Easter Monday not seeing them will be new. I am still planning a nice early dinner for Easter Sunday for my husband and I so I thought I would share some of the recipes that I have pinned and am thinking of making!

HERE ARE 22+ Delicious Easter Dinner Recipes:

Sides

Panko Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus is in season on so it’s cheaper than usual. I just got 3 bunches a few days ago.

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Carrots

I usually just do garlic butter carrots but these look divine so I’m thinking of vamping up my recipe.

Sautéed Green Beans

Love how simple this classic green bean recipe is!

Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Of course, a classic! I always do garlic mashed.

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

One of my all-time fav potato dishes! I don’t have it often but it’s so creamy and delicious.

Perfect Rice Pilaf

I’ve never really made rice this way, I usually just do white rice for my family dinner so this would be a fab upgrade.

Roasted Pear and Cranberry Brussels Sprouts

Did this for Thanksgiving and loved it!!

Broccoli Slaw

I have this every week or so. I love filling slaws.

Grilled Corn, Tomato and Avocado Salad

This would be a fresh salad for summer too! Delicious.

Roasted Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Bread

Foccacia is such a treat for me. I love grabbing it fresh from a bakery.

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Oh no, these are my weakness. I can eat a ton of these with no remorse!

Deviled Eggs

I love using deviled eggs as an appetizer when I’m hosting. Such a crowd-pleaser. I actually came across a fellow blogger – Kalin from Abundance Of Flavor who released this super yummy Spicy Jalapeno Deviled Eggs recipe.

Mains

Buttery Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloin

Yum! I’ve made this time and time again and it does not disappoint. I love using the leftovers for sandwiches and some protein with my salads for lunch too.

Honey Mustard Crusted Prime Rib Roast

A super decadent slab of meat! We only have this during the holidays but still would be super yummy for an Easter meal.

Maple Butter Roast Chicken

This is probably going to be the chicken recipe I follow but I’d love to change it up and share a recipe with you too!

Tofurky with mushroom stuffing and gravy

Yum! A vegan option. I’ve had tofurky before but had never made it myself.

Vegan Lentil Loaf

I have to admit that I’m not too fond of lentils but I love crunchy lentils. I’m giving up on them though! I will find a lentil recipe I love 🙂

Hearty Vegetarian Pot Pie

Vegetarian pot pie sounds so comforting. I’ve always made chicken pot pie but I’m always down to try a vegetarian option.

Turkey Casserole

Love casseroles as they are so easy and mess-free to make!

Orange Glazed Salmon

This salmon recipe looks amazing! On my to-try list for sure.

Ground Beef Shepherd’s Pie

I remember the first time I tried Shepherd’s pie. Love the bubbly cheese on top.

Brown Sugar Mustard Baked Ham

An Easter classic! A baked ham, yum!

Desserts

Italian Easter Cookies

I’ve had Italian Easter Cookies once and enjoyed them. I’d love to make them!

Easter Bunny Chow

I love these colours of M&M’s so much and this is one of my fav snacks! I made a Halloween Muddie Buddies recipe here!

Carrot Cake Cupcakes

Carrot cake is my fav! I love making carrot zucchini loaf too.

Bunny Butt Oreo Pops

These were super adorable. They look too sweet for my liking but perfect for little kiddos or anyone who has a sweet tooth.

Edible Easter Egg Tart

I love fresh fruit tarts. My mom often bought them for birthdays and they are the best! Reminds me of my childhood.

Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal

Last but not least, for the oatmeal lovers! This Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal from That Lemonade Life looks amazing!

This ends my list of 22+ Delicious Easter Dinner Recipes! Even past Easter weekend, I’ll be recreating a ton of these.

What would you try making on this list?! Let me know below!
