Christmas Day Breakfast has got to be the best Breakfast of the year! Don’t try and convince me otherwise.

In my family, we party hard on the 24th and open presents at midnight and continue partying until the early am and sleep in until noon the next day! I plan to continue this tradition for life!

So, yes we wake up at noon but we still have breakfast foods so it’s more like a brunch at this point. We are all pretty much hungover and all the little kiddos are busy playing with their gifts and everything is closed. So what do we do? Make a super easy breakfast! This blog post has all the easy and fun Christmas breakfast ideas I could think of!

Do you do an easy Christmas breakfast or do you go all out? Let me know in the comments!

Breakfast foods are the best but I admit I never really have breakfast foods for breakfast! I love sleeping in and am more of a later-in-the-day owl nowadays.

Christmas morning is always so fun because all the family is together, hungover and hanging out after partying too hard. I’m Filipino and we bring out the karaoke machine at all times so you can expect that we lose our voices too the next day haha.

Breakfast Enchiladas

This is another great one that can just be put in the oven! The only thing with this recipe is that it is definitely a little more work than the other recipes! You’ll need to cook the filling on the stove, roll up the tortillas then place it in a baking tray and top with cheese and/or sauce!

That is such a lovely tradition to have on the 24th! I might suggest having a special Christmas breakfast/lunch for my family this year and having some of these Christmas breakfast foods.

The marshmallow snowman hot chocolate looks adorable, and I know everyone in my family would love that. Those peppermint white chocolate sweet rolls look amazing, and I wish I could smell them too! Gingerbread pancakes sound delicious, as does the Christmas tree fruit platter, but I can imagine that would take time to organise, especially for me! 😂 The pancake ornaments are such a creative suggestion, as are the Santa Claus pancakes!

Thank you for all these suggestions! I am quite hungry now, though! 😂
