Read more for all the details on Cottage Cheese Chips.

Cottage cheese has been an overrated yet underrated ingredient for weightloss recipes! I feel like lots of people have been talking about cottage cheese but at the same time people overlook it! I have been using cottage cheese in so many of my meals to ensure that I’m getting enough protein as a girl who lifts and works out 6-7 times a week!

One big must in my meals is crunch! I absolutely love having a crunchy element to my meals and these cottage chips are excellent as a salad topping or just a little snack to tide me over before my next big meal!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE EASY COTTAGE CHEESE CHIPS:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious 2 ingredient recipe can be found anywhere! Thanks to the big craze of everything but the bagel seasoning, you can find so many different brands making this seasoning mix easily! You can find cottage cheese in the dairy aisle and everything but the bagel seasoning in the pantry or seasonings aisle!

If you can’t find everything bagel seasoning, you can also get it online! The Club House All Purpose Everything Bagel Seasoning is the one I use!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

You’ll only need two ingredients for this recipe which are:

  • Cottage Cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You don’t need much for this recipe! I use my oven to bake these up but you can also try using your air fryer if that’s more convenient for you. All you’ll need is some parchment paper, a baking tray, measuring cups (if you’re counting macros) and some kitchen utensils!

Here are some of my favourite kitchen items from Amazon:

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

Since this recipe is only 2 ingredients, there isn’t much to substitute or add but here are some ideas if you choose to!

  • Instead of everything bagel seasoning, use ranch, Greek or Italian or any other seasoning blend you’d like
  • Mixing some sauce into the cottage cheese like BBQ or buffalo
  • Adding some dried herbs like parsley or dill

WHAT DO COTTAGE CHEESE CHIPS TASTE LIKE?

I was honestly so surprised just how much I loved these! I love the subtle cheesy flavour and slight crunch you get! These chips have a very light cheese flavour and the everything bagel seasoning makes it very tasty! I love putting this on top of my salad as a crunchy salad topping!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

Dried cottage cheese chips, if properly dried and stored, can last for 1-2 weeks at room temperature. They are dairy of course, so you will need to make sure that all moisture is drawn out from the chips and you keep in an airtight container. These are honestly so easy to make, I just make it on the day that I eat them but if you want to meal prep them, you can as well!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

I have been loving cottage cheese recipes lately! Cottage cheese is a great low calorie way to get in more protein and I’m all for it! I always love a good crunch in my meals and this eat very high protein so these cottage cheese chips are a great way to make both my dietary goals!

ANY OTHER NOTES?

No other notes for this one! Enjoy!

I’m not usually a fan of cottage cheese, but this would get me to eat it! I have never seen it used in this way, but it sounds really tasty!
