I love making pudding bread because it’s such a great way to have a dessert that’s not so sweet! I don’t have the biggest sweet tooth so sometimes I struggle with wanting a dessert but not wanting anything offered at the store. I created this pudding bread recipe that isn’t too sweet but so delicious and a hit with everyone!

Using Jell-O pudding mix is such a game changer and really takes this pudding bread to the next level! For someone like me who still struggles with baking, this recipe is super easy and I’ve made it countless times with different pudding flavours!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this chocolate chip pudding bread are:

  • All Purpose Flour
  • Eggs
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • White Sugar
  • Milk
  • Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • Chocolate Chips

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

All you’ll really need for this recipe is some baking basics! You’ll want some measuring spoons/cups, a large mixing bowl and spatula so that you can mix everything together and a greased baking dish to bake the bread in! If you have an electric or stand mixer, you can definitely go ahead and use that but I don’t think it’s necessary!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

I’m not a professional baker so I won’t be able to really recommend what to substitute out however, you’re welcome to use your creativity and test it out! As for adding things in, you definitely can add whatever you please!

Some ideas on what to add in could be:

  • Different chocolate chips like white or dark
  • Dried Fruit
  • Nuts

You can also make a sauce or syrup to go on top! Sometimes if I’m looking for something extra sweet, I will top it off with some icing which is just icing sugar and a bit of milk mixed together!

WHAT DOES CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING BREAD TASTE LIKE?

Chocolate Chip Pudding Bread is a delightful fusion of comforting flavors:

  1. Chocolatey Richness: The chocolate chips bring a sweet, rich, and gooey texture, creating pockets of decadence throughout the bread.
  2. Moisture and Tenderness: The addition of pudding mix lends an incredibly moist and tender crumb to the bread, making each bite soft and indulgent.
  3. Sweetness with chocolate chips: The sugar and chocolate chips contribute a sweet and decadent undertone, enhancing the overall flavor profile.

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

Chocolate Chip Pudding Bread is best enjoyed fresh. When stored in an airtight container at room temperature, it remains moist and delicious for up to 2-3 days. This does get quite hard so if you’re wanting to keep it for longer, I would suggest heating it up in the microwave for a few seconds with a damp towel and it will be moist again!

For an extended shelf life, refrigerate it for up to a week. However, the texture may evolve over time, so it’s ideal to consume it within the first few days for the best taste and texture.

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

Being a not-so-savvy baker, this pudding bread is one of the few recipes that I really nail every time! I love making this and trying out new flavours! I can nervous go wrong with how delicious this is.

I’ve given it out to friends and family and it truly never disappoints! My husband loves this one and the butterscotch flavour too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup 2% Milk
  • 1 Package Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Mix 113g
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a greased (oil or butter) loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add your sugar, eggs, and butter and mix well together.
  • Next, add in your milk, chocolate pudding mix, baking powder, and salt and mix together again.
  • Lastly, slowly add in your flour and fold the batter one last time. Once everything is mixed well and there are no clumps of flour, fold in your chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes or until when you poke a toothpick in the middle of the loaf, it comes out clean!
  • Let cool, serve, and enjoy!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!

* 100g Lean Ground Beef – 217 cals, 26g of protein, 12g of fat
* 120g Black Beans – 158 cals, 10.7g of protein, 0.6g of fat, 28.4g of carbs

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!
