I have to admit, I was not a pizza girl in the past. I never used to crave pizza and would only really eat it if it was in front of me at a gathering or someone’s house. As I grew up, I wouldn’t say that I still turn to the traditional pizza but I do love the flavours of the tomato sauce, cheese and toppings! I think it was always the heaviness of the bread that would turn me off from wanting pizza as it made me feel sick after.

Now, I crave the flavours of pizza but make it in different ways like this delicious pepperoni chicken pizza bites! This is great to satisfy that pizza flavour craving but in a high protein, low calorie way! Perfect to meal prep and have everyday for lunch with a side of salad, bread, rice, pasta or potatoes!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE PEPPERONI CHICKEN PIZZA BITES:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

This recipe is super simple and you should be able to find everything at any grocery store! You’ll need some pizza sauce which you can find in the pantry or non-perishable aisles, some cheese that you can find in the dairy aisle, and pepperoni slices and chicken breast from the meat and deli section of your grocery store!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious pepperoni chicken pizza bites are:

  • Chicken Breast
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

All you’ll really need for this recipe is a cutting board, knife, some measuring cups and spoons, parchment paper and a baking tray. You should already have everything on hand but if not, you can purchase kitchen items online or at your local home goods or dollar store!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

I honestly keep my recipes super simple but you can of course substitute or add anything you’d like to this recipe! Some suggestions you can do are:

  • Add some Italian seasoning to the chicken to make it extra flavourful
  • Add different pizza toppings of your choosing like mushrooms and peppers
  • Drizzle some ranch or cheese powder or top
  • Top with freshly cracked black pepper

WHAT DOES PEPPERONI CHICKEN PIZZA BITES TASTE LIKE?

These pepperoni chicken pizza bites are divine! Every bite is a burst of tangy tomato sauce, creamy melted cheese, salty pepperoni on top of a hearty chunk of chicken breast! It really satisfies that pizza craving in a high protein way!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

These pepperoni chicken pizza bites keep so well. I honestly think they even taste better with time as the tomato pizza sauce has more time to marinate within the chicken! Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 5 days. You can reheat it anyway you’d like. I like to air fry them to reheat so the pepperoni says crispy!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

I never really look to pizza to satisfy a craving because although I absolutely LOVE bread, it doesn’t necessarily sit well with me. Whenever I eat a heavy pizza, I don’t feel too well afterwards. I do love the combination of cheese, tomato sauce and pepperoni so I had to find another way to achieve so I don’t miss out on this delicious flavour profile! I find these chicken pizza bites to be exactly what I need without feeling guilty or having a stomach ache!

Pepperoni Chicken Pizza Bites

These pepperoni chicken pizza bites are divine! Every bite is a burst of tangy tomato sauce, creamy melted cheese, salty pepperoni on top of a hearty chunk of chicken breast! It really satisfies that pizza craving in a high protein way!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 20-25 Pepperoni Slices or as many pieces of chicken breast bites that you've cut
  • 3 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded or cut into small cubes
  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper to your liking!
  • Place each chicken breast bite onto the baking tray and add a small spoon of pizza sauce on top of each piece.
  • Next, top the chicken with mozzarella cheese and 1 pepperoni per piece of chicken.
  • Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until the pepperoni is crispy and the chicken has an internal temperature of 165F.
  • Serve and enjoy!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!‹

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
