With working full-time, having a social life, keeping up with self-care, seeing family, sleeping, exercising, etc. there are limited hours in a day. I love making pizza toasts on those days when I lack the time but crave an easy yummy meal that I can throw together within 10 minutes.

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE 4 INGREDIENT AIR FRYER PIZZA TOASTS:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients for these pizza toasts can be found at your local grocery store. You can find garlic bread in the bakery section, use your favourite tomato or pizza sauce that’s found in the sauce aisle, cheese from the dairy section and pepperoni from the deli! If you already have some ingredients at home or leftover meat then this would be a great recipe to use them for!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make these 4 Ingredient Air Fryer Pizza Toasts are:

  • Pre-made Garlic Bread Toast Slices
  • Pizza or tomato sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (mozzarella preferred but use what you love)
  • Pepperoni (or any other toppings you love)

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You can of course choose to bake or use a toaster for your pizza toasts but I love the air fryer method for this one! The air fryer that I adore and use is the Instant Vortex 4-in-1 -2-QT Mini Air Fryer. Aside from the air fryer, you’ll really just need a plate/cutlery to prepare and eat on.

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

Oh, you sure can substitute/add/remove anything from this super simple recipe! I make these simple pepperoni pizzas but my husband loves pineapple and ham on his pizza so I sometimes do that or just have some tomatoes or mushrooms and onions! You can also try using ground beef or chicken if you have leftovers in the fridge or any deli meat.

Have you ever had a white sauce like alfredo on your pizza instead of tomato sauce? If you haven’t, it’s definitely worth a try if you like alfredo sauce! I love doing white sauce as well instead of the regular tomato sauce.

As for the cheese, I usually just do the regular pizza mozzarella but you can, of course, use what cheese you love/have on hand. I’m all for using what you already have to save time and money!

Last but not least, I would try to keep the garlic toast as is as I think this is what makes these pizza toasts the delicious easy recipe they are HOWEVER, do what you need to do for your dietary restrictions.

WHAT DOES 4 INGREDIENT AIR FRYER PIZZA TOASTS TASTE LIKE?

Hmm, the garlic toasts themselves are so delicious and buttery then topped with a tangy tomato sauce, melted creamy cheese and salty pepperoni, truly makes this an amazing snack, lunch or dinner to enjoy.

I’ve made this loads of times for people in my life and have made it a part of my monthly easy meal rotation.

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

The 2 things I absolutely love about this air fryer pizza toast recipe are that 1) It keeps for a few days which is great if you want to prep your lunch or dinner and just reheat again 2) The ingredients can all be in the freezer so you can easily buy the ingredients and just make some when you want to so they are fresh!

Make sure everything is stored away properly and you can make pizza toasts within 2 months (if the ingredients last that long)!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

I am always on the hunt for easy recipes that are delicious and satisfy my cravings to order out. Pizza is one of those things that I love ordering but at the same time, it truly breaks the bank. At the time I’m writing this, one pizza costs about $20-$30 CAD so I wanted to find ways to enjoy my favourite things while saving a little of my money!

Another inspiration for this recipe is time! I’m personally finding ways to leave more time to unwind in the evenings and practice more self-care so the sooner I have a yummy meal and tidy up the kitchen, the sooner I can relax, have a bath, glass of wine or watch a few episodes of my show.

  • 2 Garlic Bread Toasts
  • 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 10-12 Pepperoni Slices or topping of choice

Instructions
 

  • On a plate, prepare your garlic bread toasts and spread the tomato sauce evenly across the surface.
  • Layer on the cheese and top with the pepperoni or whatever toppings you choose.
  • Place in the air fryer at 400F for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese and toppings are brown and crisp.

This Asian Sesame Vermicelli Salad is light, refreshing, and packed with flavor! Tender vermicelli noodles are tossed with crisp veggies and a savory sesame dressing for an easy, vibrant dish that’s perfect for lunches, meal prep, or summer gatherings.

INGREDIENTS
* 3 Bundles Vermicelli about 150g uncooked
* 1 Cup Purple Cabbage thinly shredded 
* 1 Cup Red Peppers thinly shredded 
* 1 Cup Carrots thinly shredded 
* 1/2 Cup Edamame
* 2 Stalks Green Onion thinly sliced 

Sauce
* 1 Clove Garlic grated
* 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
* 1 tsp Sesame Oil
* 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
* 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
* 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
* Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
* In a large bowl, combine the cooked vermicelli, cabbage, red bell pepper, carrot, edamame, and green onions.
* In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until well combined.
* Pour the sauce over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
* Chill in the fridge before serving for extra flavor for minimally 12 hours! Enjoy!

* Add the layer of saucy tuna on your rice layer evenly on top. Sprinkle with furikake.
* Bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
