I finally caved and started watching Bridgerton! As I’m writing this, I am 2 episodes in and it seems like a weird version of Gossip Girl Lol. I heard lots of juicy things will happen later on but for now, I’m liking it.

As I’ve mentioned in previous blog posts, I worked from home last March 2020 to August 2020. Then I was laid off and currently, I’m job searching while working on my blog.

My blog is all about home decor so I have been so excited to write this! I’m not even kidding when I say this but I’ve updated my home office a billion times in the last year. I’ve just been putting it off because I wanted to take my time and research and find some of my favourite pieces and look through my old orders and what I’ve gotten in the past.

I actually have a spare room in our house which I call my cloffice (half closet/half office) that I used to work in and film but my mother in law recently started living with us for a bit so I’m situated in the living room for now.

The room is also a spare guest bedroom so when I have family over, they could stay in there! I’m a very practical person so I wanted to make sure it fit all our needs.

If you haven’t seen the tour I did back in October, the post is here!

15 Awesome Amazon Home Office Decor - Pin 1

I’m never going to stop saying this but because we’re all trying to stay home at this time I think it’s so important (if you have the capacity to) to make our homes as cozy and comfy as it can get.

If I had to make any investments, it would be on my home and wellbeing which is exactly what I’ve done this year! I’ve bought a lot from Amazon in 2020 since it comes so quick and returns are super easy.

I also adore small and local businesses too but I’m trying not to head out right now.

Here are my top 15 Awesome Amazon Home Office Decor:

Frames

What I love about frames is that you could do so much with them! You can paint directly on the glass, have artwork inside, dried floral anything and it’s super easy to switch it throughout the year.

Clock

This one is a little old school and I don’t personally have a wall clock but I’ve seen so much home office decor inspo on Pinterest which includes a nice digital or analog wall clock!

Felt Board

These are so popular now a days! I had one at my wedding which was super cute. I can’t remember where I put haha my MOH dealt with everything the day of but I love how you can change the quote monthly.

Grid Wall

The grid wall in my room is definitely my favourite! I love how aesthetic it is and how customizable it is.

Floating Shelves

Floating shelves are so nice as well! I feel like they add dimension to the room while not being too heavy like a bulky wood shelf. I put nice jars or candles on them.

Phone Holder

The wood one is in my cart as I type! While I work, I consume podcasts, videos, tutorials, etc so it’s so nice to have my phone up beside my laptop.

Stationary Holder

Currently, I have a wood/white tin on my desk but I used to have a black organizer and it was the best! All my different coloured stickies were there.

Desk Pad

I bought this pink one for my work office before and I just realized I think I left it there on my last day haha I loved it though! I’ll get another one soon.

Money Tree

Okay, how cute is this money tree? It is so pretty! Totally not a need but if you don’t have a green thumb like I do then this is for you!

Plants

And if you do have a green thumb, living plants are a gorgeous addition!

Desk Bookshelf

This ones for all the book lovers! I know that this probably will not be enough to hold even a small fraction of your book collection but you could keep your most favourite books on here which is perfect!

Garland

Don’t exactly know how I feel about this one to be honest, but I’ve seen lots of inspo where there’s a garland hanging behind the desk and they look beautiful!

Oil Diffuser/Candle

I am a big advocate for oils and candles so you bet there is one or the other everyday on my desk!

Notebook

I am still a proud manual notetaker, I always have been. I like to save as much paper as I can so I use every inch of the paper. I’m super ashamed to show you what that looks like haha. The five star one is my favourite! I used it all throughout post secondary.

Desk Lamp

I love so much additional lighting it’s not even funny. I love filming as you all know and I always have extra light when I shoot photos or videos! They are also super helpful for those who are night owls and are most creative/productive at night!

  30. I am in the market for some multifunctional home office items and this post just hit it for me! I love how you show multiple options too, not just 1 or 2 ?

  31. This is great Lynn! I’ve been writing my blog from the kitchen table for months and months and then I actually had to do a quarantine in a single room of our house. It was a spare bedroom but it did have a desk in there, but no chair. So after I got out of quarantine I actually converted it into a little office space for myself. So far I’ve got a nice chair a laptop stand, and a lamp, but really no decorations. It could definitely use some sprucing up. I especially love the idea of plants and the organizers. Thank you so much!
