HERE IS HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP VALENTINE SPRINKLE COOKIES:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

All of the ingredients to make these easy and yummy chocolate chip Valentine sprinkle cookies can be found at your local grocery store. Since this is a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe, everything should be easy to find! The only ingredient that may be a little bit difficult would be the Valentine’s themed sprinkles but closer to Valentine’s day, you can find them in grocery stores, dollar stores or craft stores that sell baking equipment like Michael’s!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make these delicious Chocolate Chip Valentine Sprinkle Cookies are:

  • All Purpose Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Brown Sugar
  • White Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

If you love baking, you should have everything you need at home already! If not, you can purchase home and kitchen items from your local grocery or department store or even the dollar store if you’re trying to stay on a budget!

Here are some of my fav kitchen items from Amazon!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

This is my favorite chocolate chip recipe. I’ve made it so many times and added and altered the recipe many times however, I’m not a great baker to recommend any ingredients to add or substitute! In terms of simple toppings and ideas to spruce this recipe up, you can try the following:

  • Add some cocoa powder to make it a double chocolate chip cookie
  • Add in some nuts, seeds or dried fruits
  • Add white chocolate chips
  • Add icing or frosting on top
  • Add food colouring to the cookie dough

WHAT DO CHOCOLATE CHIP VALENTINE SPRINKLE COOKIES TASTE LIKE?

These cookies definitely have a more cakey texture which I prefer and is perfect! I love that these cookies a little lighter than regular cookies. The Valentine’s sprinkles gives a nice sugary crunch and it’s the perfect balance of sweet and buttery.

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

These cookies are great to store at room temperature for up to 5 days but you can also store them in the fridge for up to about 8-10 days! These cookies also freeze really well so you can also either bake them and freeze them or roll out the cookie balls so that you can bake fresh cookies whenever you’re in the mood for them!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

I love any excuse to celebrate any holiday and adding Valentine’s sprinkles to my fav chocolate chip cookie recipe was a great idea that I needed to come to life!

ANY OTHER NOTES?

No other notes, enjoy!
