Happy Valentine’s Day!

I kept debating whether or not to create a blog post on this but I loved doing my Christmas Treat Charcuterie Board so I thought, why not?!

I love doing these as they are inexpensive and and so cute to assemble. Totally perfect for a Valentine’s Day dessert board or Galentine’s Day party.

Everything on this board are treats I already had in my cupboards or some snacks I picked up from the grocery/dollar store.

Valentine's Day Treat Charcuterie Board -Pin 1

Obviously, there are a ton of different charcuterie boards that you can create. Traditionally, they are filled with yummy cheese, meat, olives, crackers etc. but now people are getting super creative!

I swear I’ve seen McDonald’s, different kinds of fries and even dedicated social media accounts to making graze boards! I usually get my inspiration for boards from Instagram and Pinterest.

You can switch out any treats that you’d like but I love a mix of sweet, salty, crunchy and soft! You could also make a bunch of treats from scratch to include like my friend, Karalee’s Valentine’s Day Danish Dessert Hindbærsnitter Recipe!

HERE ARE THE STEPS TO A VALENTINE’S DAY TREAT CHARCUTERIE BOARD:

Where can I find these ingredients?

Always check what you have at home. We’re not trying to break the bank assembling these boards. I picked up most of the Valentine’s themed treats from the Dollar store but I had some of the popcorn and yogurt pretzels at home.

How can I assemble this?

As always especially if you want to take the easy way out and get everything already cooked/ready to easy, it is super easy! Style it however you’d like and make sure to have about 5-8 items on hand. Start placing your items in sections. You can add any garnishes you’d like but I didn’t feel like I needed to add any to my board this time.

Again, make sure that if you’re using products of the same colour, you separate them to display them nicer.

I set up charcuterie boards frequently as my husband and I have them for date nights/movie nights and I love them.

If you haven’t read all of my Valentine’s Day posts, you still can for some last minute inspiration!
