HERE IS HOW TO MAKE SESAME MISO MAYO SAUCE:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

You can find the ingredients to make Sesame Miso Mayo Sauce at your local grocery store or supermarket. Look for sesame oil, miso paste, mayonnaise, and other ingredients in the produce, condiments or Asian food section. If you prefer organic or specialty ingredients, consider visiting a health food store or ordering online for a wider selection.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious sesame miso mayo sauce are:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Miso
  • Garlic
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

This recipe requires no cooking so all you’ll really need is a mixing bowl, measuring spoons and a whisk! You will need some raw garlic in this so I generally love to use my garlic press but you can also just finely mince garlic with a chopping board and knife!

You can also just use a spoon instead of a whisk but I find a whisk is great to use as it breaks up the ingredients very well so that everything is combined properly!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

This sauce recipe is super easy and simple but you can of course substitute or add anything in! A few great additions would be:

  • Green Onions
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper – for a kick of heat
  • Milk – to thin it out

WHAT DOES SESAME MISO MAYO SAUCE TASTE LIKE?

Sesame Miso Mayo Sauce offers a delightful balance of savory, nutty, and umami flavors. The nuttiness of sesame oil, the depth of miso paste, and the creaminess of mayonnaise blend harmoniously to create a rich and flavorful sauce. It has a slightly salty and tangy taste with subtle hints of sweetness, making it versatile and delicious as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or marinade.

This sauce is pretty salty and SO RICH so having a little bit goes a long way! I love dipping my fries in them or even spreading a thin layer of this sauce on top of some baked fish

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

Sesame Miso Mayo Sauce can last for up to one week when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It’s best to use it within this timeframe for optimal freshness and flavor. If you love meal prepping, this sauce is excellent to make in the beginning of the week and to just have on the side with some of your meals or even use a marinade for a protein or salad!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

Honestly, I have been really loving using miso paste in my cooking lately. I feel like miso and sesame are the two flavours that I never get sick of! I’m still learning to use miso in cooking so I’ll be able to publish more recipes as I learn more!

For now, I’m slowly developing a good taste for miso and I just think it’s a very underrated flavour that’s really umami and delicious!

ANY OTHER NOTES?

This sauce is super thick so if you want to thin it out a little bit, you can add some water or milk! It is also fairly salty which I generally like because a little goes a long way but you can also lessen the miso paste a little bit!

You can spread a little bit on top of proteins like steak, chicken, fish or tofu OR you can spread it on a bun to make a sandwich OR my favourite way is have it with a side of beautiful air fryer crispy fries!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!‹

* 100g Lean Ground Beef – 217 cals, 26g of protein, 12g of fat
* 120g Black Beans – 158 cals, 10.7g of protein, 0.6g of fat, 28.4g of carbs

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!‹
