If there’s one thing we absolutely love on this platform, it’s easy recipes! I’ll say this once and I’ll say it forever, if there’s one thing that I value and do not joke around with, it’s my time. I’m a woman with many hobbies, lots of family and friends, a house to run and a full-time job and there isn’t a day where I don’t think to myself “I wish there were more hours in a day.”

This is why I love the idea of overnight oats! It has taken me a while to really like oatmeal and it was always the texture that threw me off. BUT now, I’ve come to love oatmeal and a huge plus is how easy it is to make and eat every morning whether it be cold or hot.

Have you always loved oatmeal or are you just now learning to love oatmeal? I’d love to know!

This is one of my favourite oatmeal recipes EVER! I actually wrote this guest post for Kait and I stand by it. I’m a huge fan of coffee and chocolate (who isn’t) and this is the perfect breakfast for me in the mornings!

Banana Pudding Overnight Oats

I used to make banana chia seed pudding ALL THE TIME in college! What a great idea to also add in some oats to keep you fuller longer! Banana pudding is one fav and reminds me of banana cream pie.

Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

This has been on my list for a while now but I’m waiting for strawberry season to come back! I love strawberry shortcake and strawberries and cream anything so this overnight oats recipe is next on my list of breakfast meal preps to make! I’m drooling just thinking about it!

Matcha Overnight Oats

I know, I know. Not everyone loves coffee and although heartbreaking to me, I get it. Matcha or tea is for you! I feel like matcha is definitely an acquired taste and honestly, it was for me! Matcha wasn’t the most appealing to me especially when I was younger. It was only until I started trying a lot of matcha sweet treats that I really started to love it.

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Last but not least, cinnamon roll overnight oats! For me, cinnamon rolls are Cinnabon with extra cream cheese frosting and that’s that. I was obsessed with Cinnabon as a teenager and would always look forever to getting one at the mall after school!

    To be honest, I’m not a fan of oatmeal because of the texture, but a few of these recipes are rather tempting like the banana chia & the chocolate peanut butter oats.

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!


Protein and Calories based on products used:
* 100g Lean Ground Beef – 217 cals, 26g of protein, 12g of fat
* 120g Black Beans – 158 cals, 10.7g of protein, 0.6g of fat, 28.4g of carbs 
* 150g Raw Coleslaw – 45 cals, 1.5g of protein, 0.3g of fat, 10.5g of carbs 
* 2 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce – 50 cals, 4g of fat, 2g of carbs 
 
Total: 470 cals, 42.2g of protein, 16.9g fats, 40.9g carbs

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!
