During the month of October, there is never an instance where I say no to plans! I will say yes to anything Fall or Halloween-related and that includes events where I wear a Halloween costume last minute!

This super cute vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles costume is such a fun and quick DIY to make when you’re pressed for time!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE A DIY ICE CREAM COSTUME:

WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THIS DIY ICE CREAM COSTUME?

All you’ll need to put this ice cream costume together is:

  • White top
  • Beige Cardigan
  • Fabric Sheets
  • Kraft Paper
  • Headband

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE MATERIALS?

For this DIY, you’ll most likely find your craft supplies either from the Dollarstore or from a craft store like Michael’s. As for the white outfit and beige cardigan, you can use what you already own, purchase something new or even borrow pieces of your outfit from someone.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Aside from the materials, you just need some general crafting equipment like glue, tape, and scissors!

CAN I SUB ANYTHING OUT?

I think this costume would be great to substitute materials however if you’ve got a creative mind then please do so! You can be just a fudge or caramel topping instead of sprinkles or even wear a white top and beige bottom.

For the cone headband, you can swap it for hair clips or even a hat!

DOES THIS COSTUME LAST TO USE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEARS?

Yes! You can definitely save the pieces for this for another year you want to dress up! You can store the headband carefully and reuse the fabric pieces. If any of the pieces get ruined, you’re able to make it again as it is super easy!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?

This DIY costume took about 15 minutes to make! It is super easy to put together and requires very little crafting so it’s also great for people who aren’t as crafty as well.

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS COSTUME?

No specific inspiration for this one! I thought of what I already had and quickly put it together as I wanted to create costumes that were easy to make and that everyone could do it!

STEPS TO DO THIS DIY ICE CREAM COSTUME:

Step 1: Cut a piece of paper and wrap it into a cone shape and glue it onto your headband.

Step 2: Cut your fabric sheets into sprinkle-like strips and tape/glue them onto your white outfit.

Step 3: Put your white and beige outfit on, wear your headband and have a great night!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!


Protein and Calories based on products used:
* 100g Lean Ground Beef – 217 cals, 26g of protein, 12g of fat
* 120g Black Beans – 158 cals, 10.7g of protein, 0.6g of fat, 28.4g of carbs 
* 150g Raw Coleslaw – 45 cals, 1.5g of protein, 0.3g of fat, 10.5g of carbs 
* 2 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce – 50 cals, 4g of fat, 2g of carbs

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!
