The days are longer and brighter which means time for refreshing cold drinks! I love a pretty cocktail on a nice sunny day and this Strawberry Yakult Mango Melona Yogurt Soju Cocktail is a mouthful of a title but sure is delicious!

Soju is a Korean alcoholic drink that has become more popular in North America lately! I find this alcohol easy to consume and very yummy to mix. You can now get many different flavors of soju at liquor stores and they are awesome to enjoy on a beautiful sunny day!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY YAKULT MANGO MELONA YOGURT SOJU COCKTAIL:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

You can find most of the ingredients for this yummy soju cocktail in any Asian aisle of your grocery store. strawberry yakult is actually a newer flavor of yakult I’ve discovered so it may not be available everywhere but I easily spot it at Asian stores now in the yogurt/dairy aisle! Aside from that, you’ll need mango melona which can be found in the frozen section of your Asian grocery store but stores like Walmart or Safeway sell it too! You’ll also need some Sprite or 7-Up (basically a lemon-lime soda), mango chunks and also yogurt soju for this recipe!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients for this soju cocktail recipe are:

  • Ice
  • Mango Chunks
  • Strawberry Yakult
  • Yogurt Soju
  • Mango Melona
  • Sprite

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

One of the things I love about this recipe is that you don’t need too much to make it! I normally just eyeball the ingredients to my liking but have found the measurements in this recipe to be a hit every time! Some helpful things to have is some beautiful drinking glasses, a jigger to measure properly, and pretty glass straws!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

You sure can substitute or add whatever you’d like! I know that some of these ingredients may be a little bit harder to find. If you can’t find strawberry yakult, you can always just use regular yakult and muddle some fresh strawberries or put in strawberry syrup.

If you can’t find melona, you can always just use your favorite yummy mango popsicle or ice cream! If you like it creamy then ice cream is best. If you like it a little less creamy then you can just use a mango popsicle.

Yogurt soju works best but there are also flavors like mango or strawberry that you can find so that works as well!

The mango chunks can be taken out if you’d like or you can also add chunks of strawberry to them! Use whatever is available to you for ease 🙂

Lastly, this is a sweet drink so if you don’t want it to be super sweet but want the fizz, you may want to swap the Sprite for some flavored sparkling water instead.

WHAT DOES STRAWBERRY YAKULT MANGO MELONA YOGURT SOJU COCKTAIL TASTE LIKE?

Okay, I have been playing around with soju cocktails for a bit now because I’m obsessed with them and when I first created this one, I fell in love! As someone who is a strawberry and mango lover, it was the best drink I had ever tasted!

The mango and strawberry flavors compliment each other so much! The sprite brings out a little bit of fizz and the mango melona brings so much creaminess to that drink. The chunks of mango at the end are also one of the best parts!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

This drink is not one that I recommend you make ahead of time. Since fizzy soda is added in, the fizz will die. Also, since melona is technically a popsicle, it will melt pretty quickly. I promise you, it is super easy to make and generally mess free unless you spill everywhere so you don’t need to worry too much about making it ahead of time.

I have to say that this drink is also super delicious so in good faith, there will not be any leftovers to store haha!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

I found that my original Sprite Yakult Soju Drink Recipe has done so well with so many of my guests and I often make it for people when they come over or suggest it to people looking for new drinks to enjoy!

I knew I wanted to continue making new variations of it to share! I can’t wait to keep testing and making more yogurt soju cocktails!

ANY OTHER NOTES?

Note that this is a pretty sweet drink so if you don’t like sweet drinks, you may need to alter this recipe a little bit. I truly hope you love this as much as I do! Can’t wait to enjoy it over and over again.

Strawberry Yakult Mango Melona Soju Cocktail

Just in time for summer, our Strawberry Yakult Mango Melona Soju Cocktail is creamy, fizzy and fruity. The flavour combination of melon and mango with strawberry yogurt make this an incredibly refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Strawberry Yakult
  • 4 Oz Soju yogurt, mango or strawberry
  • 1 Cup Sprite
  • 1/2 Cup Mango Chunks
  • 2 Mango Melona Bars
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • To a large glass, fill your cup halfway with mango chunks and ice.
  • Open up 2 small containers of Strawberry Yakult and add them to your glass of ice and mango.
  • Next, add 2 oz of Yogurt Soju to each glass.
  • Add a mango melona bar in each glass and top up the drink with Sprite to the top.
  • Serve and enjoy!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!‹

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!‹
