Since this Kiwi Lemonade and Spiked Pink Lemonade has been super popular on the blog, I thought to make more lemonade recipes! I think the amount of sugar, squeezed lemons and water is the perfect ratio so all we’re really doing is swapping the fruit added!

The more popular lemonades that I see are usually strawberry, raspberry, or cherry-flavored lemonades so I thought to make one with one of my favorite fruits -sweet mangos! This delicious, no-fuss Mango Lemonade is a refreshing, easy, and perfect summer drink. This simple recipe can be made quickly in any blender and is perfect to serve at parties or entertaining with friends.

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE EASY MANGO LEMONADE:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious mango lemonade is super simple. Every grocery store should have these ingredients I believe but all you’ll need is lemons and mangos from the produce aisle (or frozen if you can’t find it). Then just some granulated sugar and water to top it off!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious thirst quencher summer drink are:

  • Lemons
  • Mango
  • Sugar
  • Water

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

You don’t need much to make this delicious lemonade! Hopefully, you’ll already have all of these items at home but you’ll need a large pitcher, some spatulas, and measuring cups. You can easily pick these up at your local dollar store or department store like Walmart!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

You sure can! You can add a different mixture of sweet fruits or even swap out the mango altogether. The lemon, water, and sugar ratio, to me, is a good solid base for this lemonade! Aside from that, you can put any of your favorite fruit like what I’ve done for my kiwi lemonade!

WHAT DOES MANGO LEMONADE TASTE LIKE?

Oh man, this mango lemonade has by far got to be my absolute favorite so far! My favorite fruit is mangos so I may be a little biased but the super soft and sweet mangos paired with the citrusy and tart lemonade makes it the perfect combination!

I mashed the mangos but not too much so that when I have a drink, I’m able to have small chunks of mangos in every sip!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

This mango lemonade keeps for a week which is great! The lemon juice does a great job of keeping the mango in great condition. I usually make a batch on Sunday and enjoy it for the week during hot sunny afternoons. Keep it in a large pitcher and just pour some in a large glass of ice when you’re ready!

One awesome tip is to top your drink with a little bit of Sprite or any lemon-lime soda! We do this all the time!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

My husband always looks for thirst quencher drinks, haha and we love lemonade in this household! I started trying to get a little bit more creative with different fruits for this lemonade and knew I had to try making my favorite mango lemonade!

Mango Lemonade

This delicious, no-fuss Mango Lemonade is a refreshing, easy and perfect summer drink. This simple recipe can be made quickly in any blender and is perfect to serve at parties or entertaining with friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mashed Mango extra sweet and ripe is preferred!
  • 7 Lemons juiced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 8-10 Cups Water

Instructions
 

  • To a large glass pitcher, add in your mashed mango and sugar.
  • Next, add in the juice from 7 lemons in the pitcher.
  • Top the pitcher off with about 8-10 cups of water and remember to taste along the way to your desired tanginess!
  • Stir everything together until everything is well combined and chill in the fridge for at least a half hour.
  • Serve over a glass of fresh ice and enjoy!

This Asian Sesame Vermicelli Salad is light, refreshing, and packed with flavor! Tender vermicelli noodles are tossed with crisp veggies and a savory sesame dressing for an easy, vibrant dish that’s perfect for lunches, meal prep, or summer gatherings.

INGREDIENTS
* 3 Bundles Vermicelli about 150g uncooked
* 1 Cup Purple Cabbage thinly shredded 
* 1 Cup Red Peppers thinly shredded 
* 1 Cup Carrots thinly shredded 
* 1/2 Cup Edamame
* 2 Stalks Green Onion thinly sliced 

Sauce
* 1 Clove Garlic grated
* 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
* 1 tsp Sesame Oil
* 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
* 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
* 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
* Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
* In a large bowl, combine the cooked vermicelli, cabbage, red bell pepper, carrot, edamame, and green onions.
* In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar until well combined.
* Pour the sauce over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
* Chill in the fridge before serving for extra flavor for minimally 12 hours! Enjoy!

These Poppy Seed Almond Muffins are soft, fluffy, and bursting with sweet almond flavor. With a tender crumb and delicate crunch from the poppy seeds, they’re the perfect cozy bakery-style treat for breakfast, snacking, or coffee breaks.

INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
* 3/4 Cup Oil

* Add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder directly into the same bowl. Gently mix until just combined.
* Fold in the poppy seeds.
* Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups and sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
* Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

* Next, add in the rice mixture to your baking pan in an even layer. Sprinkle furikake on top.
* Use the same bowl that you mixed up your rice in and add in your drained canned tuna, sesame oil, sriracha, and mayo and mix well.
* Add the layer of saucy tuna on your rice layer evenly on top. Sprinkle with furikake.
* Bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
* Serve with a side of seasoned seaweed and enjoy!
