Love is in the air! About a month left to Valentine’s Day and it’ll be a little different this year of course. Valentine’s Day is a hit or miss. Some people go all out and some people can’t be bothered. My husband and I are in-between. We celebrate but it’s never some grand thing. We do dinner and exchange a practical gift!

Celebrating love is always fun! I usually get my mama and mother in law flowers and a box of chocolates. If I see my niece, I’ll get her a little Valentine too. My nephew can’t be bothered.

Here are the best Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas 2021:

Back Massager

Okay, I started off strong with this one but for some reason, it was the first thing that came to mind! I would love a back massager for Valentine’s Day (hint if my husband is reading this)

Chocolates and Treat Boxes

Chocolates are a go-to for any holiday and usually, small businesses and bakeries set up cute Valentine’s themed goodies.

Jewelry and Watches

A great time to add to a jewelry collection. Totally doesn’t have to be expensive and can be a fashion piece.

Cookware and Home Decor

I’m big on practical gifts and I love adding beautiful pieces to my kitchen! Here are my favs. Hoping to purchase the knife set soon.

Mug

Does your S/O keep a mug collection? Time to add another one haha

Perfume

Love perfume as a gift! The CK One I’ve linked was my first expensive perfume as a teen. My aunt bought me this as a gift for Christmas and when I saw it on Amazon, I knew I had to share! I’ve also heard really good things about the Katy Perry one.

Wine

If you S/O’s a wine drinker, grab them a bottle or two to enjoy with them!

Airbnb Experience

This is by far my favourite thing to gift. I love gifting experiences. I grew up in a fairly traditional Filipino family so when I started doing this, people did not understand what kind of gift this was. Now, my family is starting to get it! The cool thing about Airbnb Online Experience is you can take a class taught from anywhere! Imagine trying to make authentic Italian pasta taught by nonna!

Framed Photo

Took some cute pictures recently? Grab a nice frame or even an affordable one from your Dollarstore and put in your pictures!

Wallet/Cardholder

My cardholders are used the most and they get worn out the easiest! My favourite is the Michael Kors one. I’ve had my Michael Kors cardholder in black for 2 years now.

  13. Hey, great gift ideas hun! I’m not overly into Valentines but after the year we’ve all had I think it would be nice to show someone you love them ❤️

  14. To me, chocolates, desserts, flowers, and handmade things are the best gift ideas for V Day. I prefer to be humble for V Day. jewelleries are to luxury. It is good for birthdays.

  15. I love this post! I think the best kind of presents for Valentines are the sentimental ones like the frames you’ve mentioned or something you make yourself xx

  16. We are all about gifting experiences in our house. While there are certain material things that we each want (and need) from time to time, we prefer to focus on spending our time together as a ‘pack’. We often gift one another camping trips or gear necessary for upcoming gifts. Camping and hiking is a big favourite.
That being said, we really COULD use some new bedding. I have been hinting that to my husband for a little while now… lol

  17. It will probably sound bad, but I don’t do anything for my husband on Valentine’s Day. I do buy something small for each of my kids though. I really like the card holder you included though. Gift to myself?

  18. Thanks for sharing these! I always really struggle with what to get my boyfriend as I feel I always do the same things!

    xoxo Simone

New bedding for Valentines Day – Yes Please!

But imagine being able to gift an experience (your airbnb experiences) you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. One you may have thought otherwise unobtainable because of costs or location. Double yes! ✨
