Read more for all the details on Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothies.

Filling my body with nutrients is something that I’ve been focusing so much on lately BUT it’s been so hard to get everything you need just by eating it.

I love having a variety of options such as eating, drinking and taking supplements.

You know how people always say when you have a Starbucks Frappuccino or something that you are “drinking” your calories? Let’s switch that to drinking your nutrients by consuming Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothies!

The one thing I do adore about Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothies is that I can stuff them with veggies and not even notice them.

I’ve been experimenting more and more with different kinds of produce and reap as many benefits as I can!

What do you put into your smoothies? Do you have them for breakfast too?! I’d love to know in the comments below!

HERE ARE MY 10+ Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothies:

Banana and Raspberry Swirl Breakfast Smoothie

Not only is this one so pretty, but it’s also dairy-free too! Love smoothies that have an almond milk base and oats to keep me filled.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/4785143345503470

Blueberry Morning Smoothie

Honestly, this one is probably my most go-to! My mom buys 10lb boxes of blueberries when they are in season every summer and I freeze them and use them throughout the year. Delicious! Just make sure to check your teeth when you’re done this smoothie!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/77335318589269693

Cranberry Orange Superfood Smoothie

I’m very interested in this cranberry one. I’ve personally tried this myself but the health benefits of cranberries are awesome! This is on the top of my smoothie to try list.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/58757970128454038

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Peanut butter is so delish! I love the combo of bananas and peanut butter and have them as a healthy snack often! This would be awesome to freeze as well and have as a “nice cream” treat.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/2533343531175983

Turmeric Pineapple Carrot Smoothies

The hype for turmeric is real! My mom puts it literally in anything she can and I’ve recently tried out a turmeric latte and enjoyed it! I know it’ll cleanse my insides just by looking at it!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/4433299624355012

Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet Smoothie

Pineapple is the best thing to add in smoothies as it masks the veggies for me! I would do this one with a handful of spinach.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/302867143697943622

Raspberry Peach Smoothie

This is so pretty and I’d honestly make this one boozy for a sunny Friday afternoon! Love when peaches are in season.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/176484879137165556

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

I don’t add protein in my smoothies but I have in the past before I would head to the gym. This is one I’d love to try with protein powder!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/1618549854956813

Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

I’m almost certain that the little me would’ve gone crazy for these because I love creamsicles so much! This is a great treat for little kiddos!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/10907224087739311

Strawberry Mango Smoothie

My fav combination! There’s never a fruit salad that I make that doesn’t have strawberries and mangos!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/43769427617999084

Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Watermelon is the best fruit to keep you hydrated as it’s pretty much all water! I love adding them to my smoothies and skipping any other liquids!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/3448137204727977

Carrot Cake Smoothie

Carrot cake is one of my fav cakes! This smoothie is a dream. I love carrots so much.

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/38210296829123446

Detox Spinach Green Smoothie

It’s always best to give your body detox once in a while. All the ingredients in this smoothie will do just that!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/177821885275500787

Pear Ginger Smoothie

I HAD to add this because I hate the prominent taste of ginger and this makes me excited to try it out! I never fully say no to any ingredients and will have it if it’s served to me. I know that ginger is just so dang good for you so this one is a Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothie that I’m trying soon for sure!

https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/6333255714629483

I’ve made most of these but I cannot wait to make more! I am BIG on promoting filling your body with nutrients rather than weight loss or diets. I believe that your body is a temple and that you need to fill it with the best foods and also get your body moving every day!

What are your favourite smoothie combinations and which one would you try from this list of Nutritious Healthy Morning Smoothies?! I’d love to know in the comments below!

I love peanut butter banana smoothies & the orange creamsicle one looks so good!

    • Lynn Mumbing Mejia says

      April 29, 2021 at

Oh cool! Danish class – I love that! I feel like if I ever wanted to learn a language, I’d need to be in class and not doing it on my own! Yes! I usually prep the fruits in the blender the night before and blend it for a few minutes in the morning and run out the door! Thank you for stopping by, Karalee xx

      • Karalee says

        May 6, 2021 at

Yes it’s hard learning a language on your own especially with learning to speak it so being in a class is great for that!
        That’s a good idea!

    Thanks for sharing your recipes!

    • Lynn Mumbing Mejia says

      May 27, 2021 at

Haha! Me as well. Same as the salad train. I tend to lean to warm soups for lunch in the Fall and Winter. Yeah, I’m with ya on that! Protein in smoothies isn’t for me. I usually just omit it or will have it if I have to or forget to ask for one without it at shops! Thanks for reading xx
