I grew up in an Asian household so my snack ideas were a bit different but I had a playdate at one of my friends house and it was the first time I’ve ever had peanut butter and apples together! I was hooked and from that point on knew that apples and peanut butter go together!

I recently have been trying to focus on increasing my protein intake and sneaking in some Greek yogurt and cottage cheese has been the easiest ways for me to do so! I knew that I wanted to make a higher protein version of an peanut butter for my apples! I have been loving this easy recipe since!

HERE IS HOW TO MAKE 4 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT DIP:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

Since this recipe is so easy, you should already have all the ingredients at home but if you don’t, you can easily get everything at your local supermarket! I get my high-protein yogurt normally from Costco in bulk, but always like the Siggi’s brand! You do not necessarily need to use a high protein version as regular protein has protein as well. Use what you have/can find!

Aside from this, you’ll need some peanut butter, cinnamon and maple syrup! I have included substitution ideas below 🙂

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients to make this delicious peanut butter fruit dip are:

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

This recipe is so so easy! All you’ll need is a bowl and some measuring spoons/cups but honestly, the more you make it, the easier it gets to eye the ratios and you can start to tell by the color of the mixture haha. Of course, test tasting is key to alter the recipe to your specific tastes!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

As always, I advocate for altering this recipe to be exactly how you want it! Everyone’s taste buds are different and just because one person likes a recipe doesn’t mean another person will too and I totally understand!

Here are some ideas you can do to spruce up this recipe!

  • Adding more peanut butter to make it extra peanut buttery
  • Substituting the maple syrup for the sweetener of your choice! Think honey, brown sugar, splenda etc.
  • Adding other spices like nutmeg, cardamom, cloves or anything similar
  • Using a flavoured yogurt if available! I just use plain but vanilla would be awesome!

WHAT DOES 4 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER YOGURT DIP TASTE LIKE?

This peanut butter yogurt dip is creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet with a warm hint of cinnamon. The rich nuttiness of the peanut butter blends perfectly with the tangy Greek yogurt, while maple syrup adds a smooth, natural sweetness. A dash of cinnamon rounds it out with cozy, comforting spice like a cross between peanut butter pie filling and a cinnamon roll glaze, but lighter and more refreshing.

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

This dip keeps very well in the fridge in an airtight container! If you’d like to meal prep this for your fruit dip, you can! I recommend keeping track of the expiry dates, but as long as your yogurt is good and you follow food safety and keep it in the fridge, you can prepare this in advance for up to 5 days!

This Banana Bread Syrup is warm, sweet, and full of cozy flavor just like your favorite homemade loaf in liquid form! Perfect for coffee, pancakes, waffles, or desserts, it’s an easy homemade syrup that adds a comforting, bakery-style touch to any treat 💛

INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 Cup White Sugar
* 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
* 1 Mashed Ripe Banana
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
* 1 Cup Water

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, white sugar, and brown sugar.
* Stir until the sugars fully dissolve and the mixture begins to gently simmer.
* Add the mashed banana and cinnamon. Simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
* Strain the syrup (optional for a smoother texture) and let cool.
* Transfer to a jar or bottle and store in the fridge.

I have been making this recipe for years and years now and have finally been able to post a recipe! I always whip this out whenever I have a family gathering and those are the most rushed times for me so I have never been able to film the recipe making process haha 😆 

My family is obsessed with these and I make them everytime I see them! It is the #1 requested item from me and I’m excited to share this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
* 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
* 4 Eggs
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 2 Tbsp Ube Extract
* 1 Box Mochiko Flour
* 2 tsp Baking Powder
* 1 can Evaporated Milk
* 1 can Coconut Milk

INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat your oven to 350F and grease an 9×13 baking dish.
* In a large bowl, whisk together your butter, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, coconut milk, ube extract, and vanilla extract until well combined. 
* Next, add in your mochiko flour and baking powder and whisk until the batter is smooth.
* Pour into baking dish in an even layer and bake in oven for 1 hour. 
* After 1 hour, let cool for 30 minutes then enjoy!
