HERE IS HOW TO MAKE BAKED RANCH BACON CHICKEN:

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE INGREDIENTS?

You can find the ingredients to make Baked Ranch Bacon Chicken at your local grocery store. Basic items like chicken breasts, bacon, ranch dressing, and any additional spices or herbs can be easily sourced from the poultry, deli, or seasoning aisles.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

This recipe is my favorite because it only uses 3 recipes and it is so dang tasty! The ingredients to make this delicious baked ranch bacon chicken are (LITERALLY):

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Bacon Strips

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Not only is this recipe super tasty using little ingredients, but it also uses little equipment! All you’ll need for this recipe is a knife and a sheet pan to bake the chicken.

Here is what sheet pans and knives I own and are my favorite to use!

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

Since this recipe is super easy, I would recommend keeping it as it is however, we love creativity with recipes here so add or substitute what you enjoy! A few ideas that come to mind are:

  • Add some roasted veggies onto the sheet pan to soak up all the juices
  • Enjoy with a side of bread, rice, pasta, etc
  • Top over a delicious hearty salad filled with lots of greens
  • Chop up and add some mayo to make a chicken salad sandwich

WHAT DOES BAKED RANCH BACON CHICKEN TASTE LIKE?

Baked Ranch Bacon Chicken offers a delightful combination of savory flavors. The chicken is tender and juicy, infused with the tangy and herby essence of ranch seasoning. The crispy bacon adds a smoky and salty element, enhancing the overall taste profile. It’s a deliciously satisfying dish that’s sure to please your taste buds!

HOW LONG DOES IT KEEP FOR?

Baked Ranch Bacon Chicken can last for up to 3-4 days when properly stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This recipe is perfect for meal prep for the week! The bacon grease keeps the chicken so moist so you don’t have to worry about dry chicken! I also find that this honestly tastes better the longer it is in the fridge! The flavors sit so well for leftover meals!

INSPIRATIONS FOR THIS RECIPE?

If you’ve been a reader of the blog for a while, you’d know that I am extremely busy with multiple projects underway. I adore cooking and recipe creating but there are days where I simply do not have the time to whip up dinner from scratch for 1+ hours!

I have been enjoying making dinner with little ingredients that I can just place in the oven or air fryer and I’m always finding new ideas to make those busy weeknights less stressful! If you love 3-4 ingredient dinners, here are a few of my staples!

  • 4 Ingredient Air Fryer Pizza Toasts
  • 3 Ingredient Cheesy Stuffing Meatballs
  • Easy 4 Ingredient Chili Cheese Dogs
  • 4 Ingredient Easy Vermicelli Chili Oil Noodles

ANY OTHER NOTES?

This is not a must but I like to poke the chicken breasts with a knife a few times! Normally this would be a no no as all the juices will come out and you’ll end up with dry chicken however, since these are wrapped in bacon and uses ranch dressing which is both full of oil/fats, you can get away with it and still have extremely juicy chicken! Completely up to you though but I love it when as much of the flavour soaks in.

One other note is that if you like really crispy bacon, you may want to broil it for a few minutes or place it in the air fryer to get more crispy! Just make sure to not overcook it because they will be a sure way to have dry chicken.

Baked Ranch Bacon Chicken: Juicy chicken breasts seasoned with ranch, wrapped in crispy bacon. A flavorful delight for your taste buds!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Bacon Strips
  • 1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F and get your sheet pan ready.
  • In a large bowl, add in your chicken breasts and ranch dressing. Optional: you can poke the chicken breasts all over with a knife so all the ranch dressing can get soaked in and marinate it but not needed.
  • Next, grab a strip of bacon and wrap 1 strip around 1 chicken breast as evenly as you can.
  • Place on the sheet pan and bake until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F and the bacon is crispy. Optional: for extra crispiness, broil for a few minutes but be sure to keep an eye out as it is highly likely to smoke from the bacon oil!
  • Serve with whatever sides you'd like and enjoy!

This Spicy Ground Beef Coleslaw Bowl is a bold, flavorful meal made with seasoned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and a zesty kick. It’s a quick, protein-packed dish perfect for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
* 100 g Lean Ground Beef cooked however you’d like
* 120 g Black Beans cooked however you’d like 
* 150 g Raw Coleslaw Mix 
* 1-2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a small bowl, heat up your ground beef and black beans for 45 seconds in the microwave.
* In a large bowl, add in your raw coleslaw mix then top your ground beef and black beans on top.
* Drizzle the bowl with your buffalo sauce, eat and enjoy!‹

* 100g Lean Ground Beef – 217 cals, 26g of protein, 12g of fat
* 120g Black Beans – 158 cals, 10.7g of protein, 0.6g of fat, 28.4g of carbs

3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fibe 3 Ingredient Crunchy Furikake Chickpeas! High Fiber High Protein Snack!! 🍙

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 Cup Chickpeas (dehydrated then rehydrated for 24 hours or canned)
* 1-3 Tbsp Furikake Seasoning put as much as you’d like! I put extra on mine <3
* 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or any oil you prefer!

INSTRUCTIONS
* In a bowl, add in your chickpeas and oil. Mix well together so that every chickpea is coated in oil.
* Add your chickpeas in a single layer in your air fryer. Air fry at 400F for about 10-15 minutes depending on your preferred level of crunch!
* Pour chickpeas into a bowl and add in your furikake seasoning to toss in.
* Serve and enjoy!‹
