The ingredients to make this pumpkin spice fall chocolate bark are:

  • White chocolate
  • Pumpkin spice
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Chopped Pistachios

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

The recipe is super easy to make and requires very little equipment! You’ll need a tray or a dish that you can store in the fridge/freezer, parchment paper so that the chocolate doesn’t stick and you’re able to break good thick pieces of your bark, and of course, some glass bowls so you can heat your chocolate in and spatulas to mix it around.

CAN I SUBSTITUTE/ADD ANYTHING OUT?

The fantastic thing about chocolate bark is that it’s similar to trail mix! You can add or substitute anything you’d like. For this recipe, I use both dark and white chocolate and add the pumpkin spice to the white chocolate only. I recommend keeping this or if you’re wanting to only use one kind of chocolate, just be sure to add the pumpkin spice to that!

You can add whatever dried fruits, nuts, seeds, sprinkles, and candies to this recipe but to keep in Fall flavors, dried cranberries, nuts, and pumpkin seeds work really well! You can also do almonds, walnuts, and/or pecans instead of pistachios which work great too!

Another one of my fav treats that I like to make is Sweet and Salty Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bark which is similar to this fall chocolate bark! I also love making Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats, Halloweentown’s Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Sweet Pumpkin Spice Chickpeas.

I knew I wanted to make more yummy treats and thought of this delicious pumpkin bark that was inspired a little bit from my Easy Autumn Granola recipe! Love making this chocolate bark and keeping it in the freezer for when I have a sweet tooth!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Dark Chocolate Bars melted
  • 1 White Chocolate Bar melted
  • 2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp Pistachios chopped

Instructions
 

  • In two separate bowls, melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate for about 2 minutes (or until melted) at 30-second intervals.
  • Add in your pumpkin spice to your white chocolate and mix thoroughly.
  • On a parchment-lined sheet, add the first layer of melted dark chocolate. Be sure to spread it evenly into a rough rectangle shape.
  • Next, layer your pumpkin spice white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate. NOTE: You can add small clumps all around the dark chocolate layer and swirl it for a pretty design.
  • Top off your chocolate layers with the pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and pistachios.
  • Place in fridge for 20 minutes or in freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened.
  • Break, serve and enjoy!

    This chocolate bark looks yummy! Pumpkin spice isn’t that popular in Denmark compared to the US or Canada, so I’ll have to see if I can find pumpkin spice at the supermarket or online otherwise I’ll have to make my own spice blend.

INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Cooked Pasta
1 Cup Dill Pickles diced
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese diced
1 Cup Crispy Bacon crumbled
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Pickle Juice
1 Packet Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet
2 Tbsp Mayo

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, pickle juice, ranch seasoning packet, and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Next, combine the cooked pasta, chopped pickles, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh dill.
3. Toss the pasta mixture with sauce and toss until everything is evenly coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to come together. (Though, you can eat it immediately if you’d like!)
5. Give the salad a final stir before serving and garnish with extra dill or chopped pickles if desired.
6. Serve and enjoy!

These Poppy Seed Almond Muffins are soft, fluffy, and bursting with sweet almond flavor. With a tender crumb and delicate crunch from the poppy seeds, they’re the perfect cozy bakery-style treat for breakfast, snacking, or coffee breaks.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 1/4 Cups Flour

* 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
* 1/4 Cup Milk
* 2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
* 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds sprinkle on top

INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
* In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
* Add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder directly into the same bowl. Gently mix until just combined.
* Fold in the poppy seeds.
* Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups and sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
* Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
* Let cool slightly before serving.

Have you ever tried Costco’s almond poppy seed muffins? If you have, this is a copycat version of it! It’s my fav muffin and I knew I had to recreate it at home!

These Poppy Seed Almond Muffins are soft, fluffy, and bursting with sweet almond flavor. With a tender crumb and delicate crunch from the poppy seeds, they’re the perfect cozy bakery-style treat for breakfast, snacking, or coffee breaks.
